Giovanna and Endrio
The farm “Salinella” is located on the Ionian coast in the town of Cosenza Rossano (CS), an area suited to the cultivation of clementines and olives.
It comes from a corporate restructuring that began in the 70’s and a conversion organic cultivation of olives, clementines, lemons, figs and vegetables in season.
“Salinella” also offers rooms equipped for camping activities and aims to create the conditions for socializzazone and / or rehabilitation of children in difficulty, physically and mentally disabled.
The microclimate and the presence of native plants has allowed to allocate olive the larger surface area, which leads to a singular and unique production.
